If there are no appointments available on the day, practice reception staff will offer you alternative services or offer you available appointments for future.
Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment in the next 4 weeks
- use our appointment request form.

Your appointment
However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
Appointments by phone can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
To cancel your appointment:
- reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
- use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app)
- use your Patient Access account (on the Patient Access website)

- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open
The PCN offers evening and weekend appointments through our Extended Hours Hub service. Patients who are registered with our GP surgeries have access to evening and weekend GP appointments.
The practice offers extended hours on Monday evening from 6:30pm to 8pm.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Please tell us:
- If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
- If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone or face-to-face.
- If you need an interpreter.
- If you have any other access or communication needs.
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need. To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice between 8am and 12pm on 020 8422 1667.
As qualified healthcare professionals, pharmacists can offer advice on minor illnesses such as:
- coughs
- colds
- sore throats
- tummy trouble
- aches and pains
They can also advise on medicine that you can buy without a prescription.
Many pharmacies are open until late and at weekends. You do not need an appointment.
Most pharmacies have a private consultation room where you can discuss issues with pharmacy staff without being overheard.
